Job Description:
The Site Manager is accountable for the overall performance of
the business including all P/L responsibilities, sales,
recruitment, staffing, operations, and marketing. The Site Manager
will possess a strong focus on customer service, car quality, and
continuous improvement and will help ensure Sam's Xpress-- Car Wash
makes our mark as the new benchmark for dynamic and friendly
service. The Site Manager, in addition to the responsibilities
mentioned above, performs all routine and diagnostic maintenance
and repairs to the car wash equipment and will be accountable for
promoting and training all employees including Assistant Managers.
During training, the SMIT will be expected to work with and train
under current Site Managers at various locations.Essential Duties
and Responsibilities:Foster a positive work environment that
encourages honest dialogue, feedback, and innovationRecruit,
screen, and interview new talent utilizing our ATS systems and
ensure new-hire onboarding paperwork is properly completedMotivate
the car wash team to achieve their best performanceCommunicate both
verbally and in writing with all levels of employeesMaintain
accurate records and documentation as requiredEnsure adherence and
compliance with all established policies, procedures, and
processesResponsible for ensuring a professional appearance and
attitude at all timesAccountable for managing the team through
opening, closing, and ongoing maintenance of the facility during
assigned shifts. This includes cash control procedures as part of
the point-of-salePromote sales, manage expenses, and maximize
profitabilityAccountable for the overall performance of the team
during assigned shiftEstablish, demonstrate, and recognize
exceptional customer serviceProvide Assistant Managers and
Associates the tools necessary to ensure exceptional customer
experiences and interactions through exampleWorks with the
management team in the escalation for service-related issues, and
works to reconcile customer complaints on assigned shift in
partnership with our claims manager. Document all complaints and
communicate these to the appropriate teamProvide positive
resolutions to challenges and/or concerns from customersMaintain a
neat, clean, and organized overall site appearance at each
locationProvide excellent customer service to ensure customer
satisfactionOther duties as assigned by the District
ManagerSupervisory Responsibilities:This position will supervise
the whole site-level staff, including Senior Assistant Managers,
Assistant Managers, and Car Wash Crew MembersQualifications:To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

work include but are not limited to, the hours of operation.
Current hours of operation are 7 days a week, 7:30 AM-9:00 PM,
closing only on Christmas; however additional hours prior to
opening/closing will be necessary to complete dutiesEvening and
weekend hours are required; you must be flexible and able to work a
