Designer: Digital & Print Specialist - English/German (Mid-Level)Full time On-site workingA Little Bit About the Role:Join our global team as a Mid Integrated Designer and contribute to delivering creative excellence for our high-profile brand partners worldwide. As part of our team, you'll work collaboratively to conceptualize and execute creative solutions across various touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand messaging and identity. All candidates must be bi-lingual in German & English and be available to work from either our Accra, Kiglai or Cairo offices.What You'll be Doing:

• Collaborate across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation of projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for digital, social content, print, OOH, POS, and advertising.
• Define the look and feel for digital and print design projects, implementing brand guidelines.
• Develop responsive web and email layouts, as well as printed collateral.
• Present work internally and to clients, managing workloads within agreed timings.
• Stay updated with current design trends and best practices for digital and print content creation.What You'll Need:
  • High energy and a passion for effective visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design, print, and web technologies.
  • Experience with brand identity and campaign identities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and associated prototyping tools.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ideas from conception to execution.
  • A passion for digital trends and print.
  • Strong affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • Ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
  • An eye for consistency and integration of brand-specific visual design elements across communication channels.Good to Have:
    • Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential.
