crafting, building, and rolling out scalable, dependable, and

- As an individual contributor, design, develop, and maintain
scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions for our SaaS
platform
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other
stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and plan
development sprints
- Implement and maintain best practices for software development,
including coding standards, testing, and documentation
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other
team members
- Identify and address technical debt and performance issues
- Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute
to the evolution of our SaaS platform architecture
- Actively participate in agile development methodologies,
including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and
development of the engineering team
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends,
and incorporate them into our software development processesOther

- Travel up to 10%, including overnight travelRequired Education,
Experience, Certifications and Skills
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
field, or significant relevant experience
- 5-7 years professional experience developing top-notch software
at a Software Product Company
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java,
Python, or .Net
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and microservices
architecture
- Knowledgeable in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or
NewSQL
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or
Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
and Kubernetes
- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React,
or Angular
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies such
as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to
detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Possesses a highly technical mindset and maintains unwaveringly
high standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team
environmentPreferred Experience, Certifications and Skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD,
automation, and infrastructure as code
- Experience working in healthcare domain with basic
understanding of interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
- Experience in domain driven and CQRS architectural
patterns.CompensationThe base salary range for this US-based,
full-time, and exempt position is $120,000-$130,000, not including
variable compensation. An employee's exact starting salary will be
based on various factors including but not limited to experience,
education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify
the HHAeXchange core values.This is a benefits-eligible position.
