Responsibilities

Physical Therapy services in accordance with one's licensure,
certification, training, and regulatory requirements. They serve as
the functional mobility and rehabilitation experts and are key
stakeholders in patients' functional recovery and interdisciplinary

Medicine. The Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is a 16-bed CARF
Accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility located within GW
Hospital and holds specialty accreditation in the areas of stroke
and amputation. Our professional rehab staff work alongside other
healthcare professionals to enhance patients' functional recovery,
facilitate successful discharges, and elevate patient care through
unit and system-based quality initiatives, evidence-based research
and practice, and true interdisciplinary care. Leaders and staff

Qualifications
ARU PT Job Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in physical
therapyMaster's degree in physical therapy preferred Experience in
Inpatient Rehabilitation setting required Must have DC License
before start of employment
