We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsAt Henrico Doctors' Hospital, the center for Emotional Growth recognizes mental and emotional health as an integral part of overall health. Our treatment team consists of psychiatrists, registered nurses, case management personnel, activities therapists and mental health technicians. BHU treatment programs consist of a variety of group and individual services including, but not limited to, relaxation techniques, medication management, management of acute symptoms, safety management and activity therapies.   • Our Behavioral Health RNs use evidence-based practices to provide engaging treatments and foster positive outcomes
  • As a BHU RN, you will provide short-term term intensive mental health treatment for adults in crisis
  • You must function in an organized and time conscious manner
  • You will initiate/document preoperative and discharge planning and patient teachingRequirements
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
    • Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
    • Current BLS certification
