position awaiting you at our iconic KCGM Operations. Promising a

on the convenience of a 5/2, 4/3 (9 hour) residential roster. *The
successful applicant must reside in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder
Region*Here's what awaits you:
- Conduct analytical work which will be used to identify,
quantify, and implement trials or facilitate activities to improve
the overall performance of KCGM's processing plants.
- Complete the daily investigation and weekly reporting of
downtime events and the diagnosis of root causes, to assist in
providing permanent rectification of defects within the plants and
identify key business risks.
- Ensure that all incidents and accidents are reported and are
followed up correctly to minimise and manage risk and attend
investigations where required.
- Coordinate plant equipment improvement trials, including
technical input, tracking and reporting to ensure alignment of all
trial work using the KCGM Management of Change procedure.
- Lead and implement projects to improve equipment reliability,
such as Maintenance Strategies reviews and Plant Maintenance
optimisation (PMO).To thrive in this role, you'll
need:Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with a
Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.Experience:
The successful applicant will have a minimum of three (3) years
experience in the reliability sector - mineral processing
environment or similar. Must have sound analytical skills with the
ability to diagnose problems and identify solutions by thinking
outside of the box. Previous experience with root cause analysis,
FMECA highly desirable. This role will suit an individual who
thrives in working under pressure, has strong communication and
interpersonal skills with excellent presentation
